Marilyn Manson was a master when depressed and drugged. Whereas I used to do poetry daily, I haven't in many years. Love is paramount for the selfishness of youth. Activism forced me to accept that poverty, corruption and war are more important. However, movies such as 'Past Lives' throw me back into those tormented moments, so that withdrawn kisses are as powerful as shrapnel, and thus PTSD assured for the sensitive.
